Domains Manager is where you handle everything to do with your domain name — renewals, nameservers, transfers, and topping up credit. Here's how to get in and what you can do once you're there.
Logging in
- Go to domains.intelli.host
- Enter the email address you signed up with, and your password
- Click Log in
If you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the login page, or send us a message and we'll help you get back in.
What you can do in Domains Manager
Once logged in, you can:
- Transfer a domain in from another provider
- Change your account details
- Top up domain credit
- Update nameservers
- Check the status of your domain
- Set your domain to auto-renew, so it never lapses without you having to think about it
Topping up credit for renewals
Domain renewals are paid for using credit on your account, not a card charged automatically each time. To top up:
- Log in to domains.intelli.host
- Click on Recharge on the main dashboard
- Insert the Amount needed for domain renewal
- Proceed to the payment portal to complete the payment
We recommend topping up with at least enough to cover the next year of renewals. When your domain's auto-renewal date comes around, the system uses whatever credit is available on your account at that time so a top-up done around the same time each year keeps renewals running automatically without any last-minute scramble.
Set to auto-renew, but no credit available? The renewal won't be able to go through, which can put your domain at risk of lapsing. Keeping a healthy credit balance is the best way to avoid this.
What could go wrong and how to fix it
Domain didn't renew automatically Almost always comes down to insufficient credit on the account at the time of renewal.
- Log in and check your balance on the main dashboard
- Top up and let us know if it's caught early enough, we can help out and get it sorted
Nameserver changes haven't taken effect Nameserver updates aren't instant they rely on DNS propagation across the internet, which can take anywhere from a few hours to 24–48 hours.
- Double-check the nameservers were entered correctly with no typos
- Give it up to 48 hours before assuming something's wrong
Domain transfer is stuck or hasn't completed Transfers involve your current provider releasing the domain, which is outside our control and can take several days depending on their process.
- Check your email (including spam) for a transfer approval request from your previous provider most transfers need this confirmed before they can proceed
- If it's been more than 5–7 days with no movement, send us a message and we'll check the transfer status
Can't log in to Domains Manager
- Confirm you're using the same email address you originally signed up with not necessarily your everyday email
- Use the password reset option on the login page
- If neither works, send us a message and we'll verify your account and get you back in
Still stuck? We'll sort you out.
