Here's how to get in and what you can do once you're there.\n\n## Logging in\n\n1. Go to **domains.intelli.host**\n2. Enter the email address you signed up with, and your password\n3. Click **Log in**\n\nIf you've forgotten your password, use the reset option on the login page, or send us a message and we'll help you get back in.\n\n## What you can do in Domains Manager\n\nOnce logged in, you can:\n\n- Transfer a domain in from another provider\n- Change your account details\n- Top up domain credit\n- Update nameservers\n- Check the status of your domain\n- Set your domain to auto-renew, so it never lapses without you having to think about it\n\n## Topping up credit for renewals\n\nDomain renewals are paid for using credit on your account, not a card charged automatically each time. To top up:\n\n1. Log in to **domains.intelli.host**\n2. Click on **Recharge** on the main dashboard\n3. Insert the **Amount** needed for domain renewal\n4. Proceed to the payment portal to complete the payment\n\n**We recommend topping up with at least enough to cover the next year of renewals.** When your domain's auto-renewal date comes around, the system uses whatever credit is available on your account at that time so a top-up done around the same time each year keeps renewals running automatically without any last-minute scramble.\n\n> Set to auto-renew, but no credit available? The renewal won't be able to go through, which can put your domain at risk of lapsing. Keeping a healthy credit balance is the best way to avoid this.\n\n## What could go wrong and how to fix it\n\n**Domain didn't renew automatically**\nAlmost always comes down to insufficient credit on the account at the time of renewal.\n\n- Log in and check your balance on the main dashboard\n- Top up and let us know if it's caught early enough, we can help out and get it sorted\n\n**Nameserver changes haven't taken effect**\nNameserver updates aren't instant they rely on DNS propagation across the internet, which can take anywhere from a few hours to 24–48 hours.\n\n- Double-check the nameservers were entered correctly with no typos\n- Give it up to 48 hours before assuming something's wrong\n\n**Domain transfer is stuck or hasn't completed**\nTransfers involve your current provider releasing the domain, which is outside our control and can take several days depending on their process.\n\n- Check your email (including spam) for a transfer approval request from your previous provider most transfers need this confirmed before they can proceed\n- If it's been more than 5–7 days with no movement, send us a message and we'll check the transfer status\n\n**Can't log in to Domains Manager**\n\n- Confirm you're using the same email address you originally signed up with not necessarily your everyday email\n- Use the password reset option on the login page\n- If neither works, send us a message and we'll verify your account and get you back in",{"id":20,"status":6,"sort":14,"title":21,"slug":22,"read_time":17,"featured_image":23,"body":24,"topic":5},1,"How to update your nameservers","how-to-update-your-nameservers","7800e91e-909d-41c2-9ae0-e3e944e6187b","## Before you start\n\nYou'll need access to your domain's registrar account — the site where you originally registered the domain, not Intellihost. If you're not sure who that is, [get in touch](\u002Fcontact) and we'll help you check.\n\n## Steps\n\n1. Log in to your registrar's control panel.\n2. Find the **Nameservers** or **DNS** section — it's usually under domain settings.\n3. Replace the existing nameservers with the ones we'll give you.\n4. Save, and wait — changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours to spread globally.\n\n> Propagation isn't instant everywhere at once. If a site loads for you but not for a colleague, that's normal in the first few hours.\n\n## After the change\n\nOnce it's propagated, your site and email should route through our infrastructure automatically.
