In March 2025, N-able, a global software company specializing in IT services solutions, announced a strategic integration with Rewst, a leading automation platform. This collaboration aims to empower Managed Service Providers (MSPs) by streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency through automation.
The integration focuses on automating key processes such as user and device onboarding, backup monitoring, and billing reconciliation. By eliminating manual tasks, MSPs can reduce errors, save time, and allocate resources to more strategic initiatives. For instance, the automation of backup monitoring allows for real-time tracking of backup success or failure, automatically generating tickets in popular PSA tools when issues arise.
Rewst’s platform offers over 50 out-of-the-box integrations, including compatibility with N-able’s N-central and Cove Data Protection. This vendor-agnostic approach enables MSPs to connect their entire tech stack, facilitating end-to-end process automation. Users can leverage pre-built automations, known as “Crates,” or design custom workflows to suit their specific needs.
This integration is part of N-able’s broader “Ecoverse” vision, an open ecosystem designed to harmonize and transform the management of modern IT. By seamlessly connecting disparate tools, the Ecoverse aims to reduce complexities for MSPs, allowing them to be more efficient and resilient.
